The Information Systems Trainer will provide responsive and timely delivery of information systems related training across mecwacare’s service locations. Working as part of the Business Improvement team, the Information Systems Trainer will utilise a blended training delivery model to develop, facilitate and evaluate targeted systems training, to ensure that mecwacare staff have the required knowledge, skills and competency to use consumer management systems and other information management systems relevant to their roles.

**What you bring**:

- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in the planning, development, implementation, facilitation and evaluation of systems-based training.
- Knowledge and skills in blended delivery models and adult learning principles.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Satisfactory completion of a National Police Records Check.
- Current Victorian Driver’s License.

**Desirable**:

- Experience in the aged care, community and/or disability service contexts.
- Experience in the development and delivery of training for staff where English is a second language.
