**We might be the perfect match**

We’re on the lookout for a vibrant, organised, and people-loving **Program Support Officer - Primary Health** to join our dynamic team in **Wagga Wagga (Wiradjuri Country)**. This is a **part-time role** up until **30 June 2026** where no two days are the same, and your knack for coordination and admin magic will help power better health outcomes across the region.

**Here’s a taste of what you’ll get up to**:

- Coordinate clinic operations in the Wagga GP After hours clinic to consistently deliver exceptional service quality
- Juggle bookings, payments, fleet coordination, and more - you’re the go-to for getting things done.
- Keep programs ticking along by supporting the Portfolio Manager with day-to-day operations.
- Be the friendly voice and helpful hand for clients, ensuring they get timely access to the services they need.
- Solve problems like a pro - whether it’s a tricky enquiry or a client needing extra support, you’ve got it covered.
- Keep our records and referral systems in tip-top shape.
- Create and improve office systems that make life easier for everyone.
- Enter data and track program stats like a boss.

**Why You’ll Love It Here**
- You’ll be part of a **supportive, friendly team** that values your ideas and energy.
- You’ll help make a **real difference** in people’s lives.
- You’ll work in a **vibrant office** where collaboration and community are at the heart of everything we do.
- **Salary packaging perks** - up to $15,900 + $2,650 for meals, travel, and fun stuff
- Generous **annual leave** entitlements
- **Extra leave** over Christmas/New Year - no need to ask for time off
- Be supported to **learn** and grow
- Employee **discounts** to help stretch your dollars
- Access our wellbeing hub to **support your needs**:

- **Exclusive deals** with St George, Westpac, and Westfund

**What You Bring to the Table**

We’re looking for someone who’s not just great at admin, but thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you

✔️ **Qualifications & Experience**
You’ve got a **Certificate III (or higher)** in Business Administration or a related field, plus hands-on experience in admin support roles - you know your way around an inbox, a booking system, and a spreadsheet. Experience in Practice Management is a bonus

✔️ **Organisation Ninja**
You’re a master of multitasking, time management, and staying cool under pressure. Deadlines? You eat them for breakfast.

✔️ **People Person**
You’ve got top-notch communication skills and love working with a wide range of people - from clients and carers to colleagues and community partners.

✔️ **Team Player Extraordinaire**
You work well in a **multidisciplinary team**, bringing positivity, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do.

✔️ **Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented**
