What your days will look like:

  • Lead and execute brand campaigns across all touchpoints, both in Australia and internationally.
  • Contribute to and implement brand strategy across our growing portfolio of brands.
  • Partner with Digital, Social Media and PR/Influencer agencies to deliver integrated content, campaigns and brand partnerships that build engagement and advocacy.
  • Drive product innovation projects from ideation through to commercialisation, including artwork, packaging and label development.
  • Collaborate with Innovation, Operations, Finance and Sales teams on product initiatives, presentations and key business projects.
  • Track performance and recommend actionable improvements to deliver brand growth and profitability.
  • Manage brand budgets and ensure spend aligns to strategy, forecast and ROI targets.

What you'll bring to our team:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years' marketing experience, ideally in FMCG or agency.
  • Demonstrated experience in brand strategy, integrated communications and campaign management.
  • Skilled in identifying growth opportunities across the brand portfolio and bringing innovation to market through successful product launches.
  • Proven ability to manage agencies, budgets and multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using market and consumer data (e.g. Nielsen/IRI).
  • Excellent time management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A genuine love of food, wellness - and of course, honey
