About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team to deliver safe, quality, person-centred dementia advice, advocacy, counselling, education, events, and support for clients and their carers.

You will support the care relationships between carers and clients, in alignment with our Organisation’s Values, Vision, and Mission. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting Anglicare at Home's growth strategy and transition to Support at Home.

Maximum Term 12-month, Part Time, Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm or 9.00am to 5.00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Experience: Ensure excellent service delivery, respond to referrals, and maintain accurate records.
- Networking: Build partnerships and promote the service in the community.
- Lead Management: Help clients access My Aged Care and other services.
- Leadership: Supervise and develop staff, manage safety and risk, and ensure compliance with guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Commitment to supporting older Australians.
- Knowledge of the Aged Care/Home Care sector.
- Knowledge and experience in dementia
- Experience in Team Leader / Staff Management
- Excellent communication skills.
- Diploma of Community Services or equivalent.
- Experience in team leadership and home care/community/aged care.
