**Street Cleansing Attendant**
- Temporary position, possibility on ongoing work
- 38 hours per week
- $30.27 per hour

The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the city's appearance and cleanliness by operating plant/equipment and undertaking a range of associated tasks in a safe, effective, and courteous manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working as part of the litter team
- Undertake duties and ensure work complies with safe work practices, polices and procedures relevant to the task being caried out
- Operate items of plant, equipment and undertake manual tasks associated with the city's cleansing operational requirements
- Care and maintenance of allocated plant
- Resolution of routine problems
- Provide guidance and on-the-job training for other employees as required

**Requirements**:

- HR licence (preferably)
- Current drivers' licence
- Demonstrated ability to work a variety or medium mechanical plant and equipment
- Demonstrated ability to work diligently and enthusiastically
