
Service Operations Coordinator

There is now an exciting opportunity for a Service Operations Coordinator to join our Asia Pacific (APAC) Regional Service Centre on a 12-month, fixed-term contract.
This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day administration activities in support of the Customer-facing Service Account Manager (SAM) team and Service Execution team(s) within APAC / EMERU. This is achieved through close collaboration with Customer Support Specialists when coordinating and scheduling Customer Support Technicians (CSTs) to attend RME Customer site projects in locations across the Asia-Pacific, Europe and Middle East regions (domestic and international).
This position ensures the timely collation and correct distribution of all documentation and information required for the travelling employees, as well as allocation of suitably-qualified CSTs to attend Customer site projects involving matters such as commissioning, maintenance, reline attendance and delivery of training to all key stakeholders.
**SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
**Required**
- Demonstrated unwavering commitment to safety and the timely completion of other required team deliverables;
- Administrative experience in a medium
- to large-scale organisation;
- Highly-developed personal presentation and verbal / written communication skills, with the ability to communicate information in a clear and concise manner;
- Ability to generate rapport quickly, establish good working relationships, and understand, interpret and respond clearly to others;
- Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Demonstrated excellent organisational and time management skills, with a proven ability to determine work priorities, meet deadlines and take follow-up action until finalisation;
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to and cope with unstructured tasks and a range of different situations in a deadline-driven environment; and
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the use of software such as Microsoft Dynamics AX (or equivalent Windows-based software) and Microsoft Office (including Excel and Word).
**Desirable**
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related discipline.
**Licences**
- Possession of a current QLD ‘C’ Class Open Driver’s Licence.
