We are going through an exciting period of growth and are currently looking for experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team.
**Your tasks and duties**
In a small and fast-paced organisation, you will play a key role in driving the engagement with our clients and of our listings thereby supporting the organisation to achieve its goals and enhance its long-term financial sustainability.
Working closely with the team, you will manage the development and implementation of our marketing, advertising, brand position and communication strategies across all of our projects and listings. You will be responsible for managing our outbound and inbound marketing activities, aimed at increasing our client database and maximising exposure for our listings.
The Marketing Specialist will undertake the following tasks:
- Develop and manage our outbound and inbound marketing & advertising activities
- Create marketing and advertising materials, ensuring all property campaigns are consistent across all our channels and platforms, including social media, website and e-newsletters
- Liaise with staff who assist with the creation of marketing and advertising materials and the implementation of marketing activities
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for our existing and new business managing our CRM
- Advise clients on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, create customer awareness and effectively promote properties and our business
- Coordinate the production of our property campaigns by liasing with third parties such as copywriters, professional photographers, videographers within time & budget constraints
- Interpret and predict current and future consumer trends and implement marketing material to capture new clients
- Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives and projects
- Advise on all elements of marketing such as pricing, advertising, sales promotion and selling
- Implement marketing campaigns to promote the team and grow the business
- Ensure all marketing collateral is in line with legislative requirements and supports desired brand image
- Ensure all property campaigns are reaching target market by analysing data and property reports
- Determine market trends by liaising with major property portal partners and analyse & interpret their data regarding consumer patterns to optimize current campaigns and to inform future activity and recommendations
- Increase brand awareness by creating and distributing marketing collateral
- Preparing reports on results of marketing initiatives on a regular basis
- Monitoring online activity such as website traffic analytics and customer feedback from reviews
**About yourself**
- Self-motivated worker who shows initiative and can solve problems independently and creatively.
- Emerging experience in campaign coordination and implementation, including reporting and working to a timeline and budget
- Strong time management, use of initiative, attention to detail and organisation skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt and be resilient to rapid changes
- Curious and keen learner and creative thinker to develop new ideas
- Desire to remain up-to-date in an ever-changing brand, marketing, publishing and content development landscape
- Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite and social media management platforms
**Requirements**:
- A relevant bachelor degree or higher qualification with at least two years relevant work experience in a similar role. If no formal qualification, at least five years of relevant experience may also be acceptable
- Proficiency in using market platforms CRM tools and graphic design platforms
- Demonstrated strategic marketing mindset and analytical skills
- Prior experience creating marketing & advertising.
- Certificate of registration or real estate license required.
**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year
