An opportunity exists to join the Improvement work with the Access team at Western Health as we strive to improve the flow for patients from the emergency department through to timely discharge back home. As part of the Timely Emergency Care Collaborative Western Health is looking for an Improvement Project lead to support the work our teams in the Emergency, Medicine and Access Division.

Utilising the IHI methodology for improvement, this person will provide support and expertise in the area of timely patient access to care, discharge management processes and system and service integration. A key focus of the position is the collaborative development of responsive initiatives via engagement with key stakeholders.
