We are looking for a full time dental assistant/receptionist AND a practice manager to join our friendly team.

Practice Manager daily tasks and responsibilities include:

- Management of Staff and Payroll.
- Reception duties and appointment book management.
- Accounts management.
- Recall system management.
- Reporting on KPI's and maintenance of practice policies and procedures.
- Patient care - building rapport with patients.
- Chairside assistance on occasion

The successful applicant will demonstrate experience in the management of a dental practice and it's staff (experience with D4W dental software would be an advantage).
- Organization and time management skills and the ability to multi - task.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on patient care.
- Strong desire and ability to work within a team environment.
- Excellent work ethic, reliability and flexibility.

Approximate hours will be 9-6, depending on patient appointment times.

Salary - $65-85,000 pa depending on roles and experience

Dental Assistant tasks:

- Provide the practice with clinical assistance
- Display exceptional care and support to our patients
- Recording important and classified information provided by patients and dentists
- Occasionally answering calls and booking in patients

Skills and Experience:

- 12 months experience (preferred)
- Basic administration skills
- The ability to multi-task and follow directions
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with patients
- Friendly can-do attitude
- Being reliable and living close to the surgery will be a big plus
- All dental procedures except fixed orthodontics are performed

Pay $30-35 an hour depending on experience

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
