(Full-Time - 5 working days including Saturday)

STRAND Property Buyers is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-driven Office Assistant & Property Analyst to join our tight-knit team on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

In this full-time role, you'll play a hands-on part in helping our clients through the exciting (and often daunting) journey of buying a home. From assisting with office administrative tasks, to inspecting properties, helping assess value and carrying out due-diligence, your contribution will be key to delivering the standout service STRAND is known for.

What you'll be doing

• Property Research & Inspections: Research properties, attend inspections, gather photos/videos, and liaise with sales agents for property and pricing information.
• Data & Database Management: Maintain and update CRM, Property Tracking, and Sales Agent databases.
• Analysis & Reporting: Conduct due diligence, comparable sales analysis, rental appraisals, and compile Property Assessment, Pricing, and related reports.
• Transaction Support: Prepare offers, agreements, and sales advice; liaise with solicitors, conveyancers, mortgage brokers, inspectors, and organise building/strata inspections or trade quotes.
• Office, Team & Partner Support: Manage calendars, assist with office, business/personal admin tasks and errands, and provide driving support when required.
• Marketing & Business Development: Manage social media, prepare client proposals and sales collateral, contribute to business improvements, and assist with office organisation and supplies.

• A genuine interest in property and an understanding of property attributes
• An understanding of the local area – Northern Beaches
• An analytical mind with an ability to work with numbers and property data
• Good researching skills and the ability to collate, organise and review information
• Current driver's licence
• Able to provide your own motor vehicle for work purposes
• Availability to work Saturdays
• Live within Northern Beaches LGA or very close to
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A proven ability to build strong professional relationships
• A proven ability to achieve and exceed set targets
• Attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Task orientated and able to work with multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
• A professional attitude with a friendly and easy-going demeanour
• Well presented, enthusiastic and motivated to contribute towards a common cause
• Must be an Australian permanent resident

Desirable Attributes

• Possession of a Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
• Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration must be obtained within 6 months of commencement
• Experience in the real estate industry
• Experience in the local property market
• Relevant formal training
• Previous experience working with CRM platforms and databases
