**About the role**

This role is part of our Friends Child Care Centre, reporting directly to the Director of Childcare.

Friends Child Care Centre provides an exceptional early childhood program for children aged 6 months to school years in a beautiful home-like environment. We strive to provide quality early learning programs that foster children’s sense of wellbeing and personal confidence. Our Centre is rated as meeting all areas in the National Quality Standards Assessment.

**We have casual Childcare Educator Diploma and Cert III qualified opportunities available as part of the Friends Child Care team at St Vincent’s Lismore campus.**

**Your skills & experience**
- A passion for innovative care and education of children;
- Highly motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills;
- Previous experience working with infants, toddlers and preschool aged children desirable;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate effectively with a diverse range of parents, carers and their children;
- A willingness to learn and be support by qualified educators.

Friends Child Care is a community based, 39 place, not-for-profit Childcare Centre located on the campus grounds of St Vincent’s Private Hospital, providing high-quality healthcare, aged care and childcare for the people of our community.
