As a Quality & Training Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customer service team delivers top-notch service by checking the quality of their interactions. Additionally, you'll train staff to enhance their skills and provide exceptional experiences across all channels.

With your analytical thinking, coaching, and communication skills, you'll help drive customer success and make a real impact at Cotality.

What you will be doing:

- Onboarding new team members in Client Experience.
- Providing training and coaching.
- Creating training plans and documentation, including digital content.
- Monitoring customer interactions and reporting data and trends to team leaders.
- Maintaining processes for the team.
- Engaging with teams on process improvement and understanding business processes.
- Delivering constructive and positive quality feedback.
- Engaging with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Providing SME expertise to drive strategic initiatives that improve client experiences and internal processes.

**Essential**:

- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business outcomes to stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Skilled in actively participating in or leading group meetings.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- Capable of supporting and training team members to ensure consistent knowledge levels.
- Able to articulate ideas clearly to people at all levels.

**Preferred**:

- Certificate IV Training & Assessment.
- Experience in a similar role within a call centre environment.
