Retail Superstar/ Leadership

Poolside Beaconsfield is a multi-award-winning, family-owned business and we are looking for a full-time retail person that can take a leadership role to join our team of 7. The successful person requires a strong customer service background and enjoys getting to know our large customer base as well as learning everything about pools and Spas.

Apart from having superstar retail / leadership skills, your role will also include the following:

- Water testing and analysis
- Greeting and serving customers
- Phone enquiries
- Problem solving by listening to our customers
- Selling and upselling pool/spa chemicals and equipment
- Managing bookings for our pool technicians
- Quoting
- General cleaning,
- Ordering product / parts
- Ability to lift up to 20kgs
- Full training on all the above will be supplied.
- Previous experience in retail background
- Available to work weekends,
- Good communication skills with customers and work colleagues
- Reliable and Punctual
- Self-motivated and organised
- Ability to work well in a team environment and autonomously
- Willing to learn the pool and spa industry
- Trustworthy and energetic
- Computer savvy
- Great multi tasker
- Good work ethic with a can-do attitude
