**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement attractive and enticing visual displays in accordance with company and brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the merchandising team to understand their needs and create displays that effectively showcase our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that align with brand objectives.
- Coordinate with Regional Visual Merchandising team (China) for any design requests.
- Update planograms for all stores based on Merchandising strategy.
- Prepare all visual information needed (posters, price tags, etc.).
- Prepare category organization, planogram, and visual elements for new store openings and store renovations.
- Preparation of comprehensive store opening fitting guide for the setup team to follow for new store openings and store renovations.
- Coordinate and collaborate with store managers and staff to ensure visual merchandising initiatives are implemented consistently across all locations.
- Provide training and guidance to sales associates on visual merchandising techniques.
- Conduct store visits to ensure visual merchandising standards are met and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to source display materials and props.
- Track all POSM and ensure that they arrive in the store at a timely manner.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay up-to-date with the latest visual merchandising techniques and concepts.

**Experience Required**:

- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser in the cosmetics or retail industry.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, fashion, or a related field.

Skills and Abilities:

- Strong artistic and creative abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design.
- In-depth knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and principles.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, including window displays, signs, interior displays, and space utilization.
- Mandarin and Japanese language skills are a plus

**Working Conditions**:

- Flexibility to travel and work in multiple locations as required.

Pay: $30.00 - $34.31 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
