**About the opportunity**

It's rare that we come across people who have worked in a similar operation to this one.. our client has multiple food and beverage outlets including a a huge beer garden, food stalls, standout function spaces and bars that serve up some of the best craft beer.

Our client is rebuilding the business and with this comes an opportunity to lead the venue and a team of 30+.

As a Venue General Manager in this outfit, you are in a highly autonomous role that will require a hands-on approach to management and service with a clear focus on delivering high standards of customer service and developing effective teams in a multi faceted, high energy operation.

You are the ultimate hospitality professional able to make each and every guest feel special and have the ability to encourage and motivate a large team to do the same.

Our client is seeking a leader who will run with accountability and is fast on their feet when it comes to problem solving.
