Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to be the face of a dynamic club while providing exceptional support services? We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Receptionist & Club Services Support Officer to join our team at the Rec Club in Sanctuary Cove.

This Part time role will operate on a set rotating roster, on a Monday to Friday Basis. You will work 5 days a fortnight, 3-days week one, and 2-days week two, offering excellent flexibility and work life balance.

As the first point of contact for our club, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our members and guests receive a warm welcome and excellent service. You will work closely with the management team with the daily administration of the venue and will include a broad range of duties and responsibilities.

**Key duties include**:
Providing a high level of customer service to members and guests.
Responsible for a wide range of daily administrative functions - rostering, basic team training, onboarding new clients, lodging invoices and payroll to name a few.
Ensure the country club facilities and equipment is maintained to a high level of safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
Greeting members and guests, answering queries and requests, as well as working with Management team to achieve the club aims and objectives.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous experience in a receptionist role or Gym and Fitness background in a comparable venue highly advantageous.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
