✔ **Creating Sensory Experiences** - Champion Koko Black’s vision by transforming in-store interactions into immersive brand moments.

✔ **Building High-Performing Teams** - Recruit, train, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of learning and development.

✔ **Shaping the Future** - Drive strategic initiatives and continuously improve the in-store experience.

**What You Bring**:

- ** Proven success in leading multiple retail locations**, with at least 2+ years of Area/Regional Management experience.
- ** A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences** - storytelling and sensory immersion are in your DNA
- ** Strong leadership and coaching skills** - you know how to develop and empower high-performing teams.
- ** A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach** - you love problem-solving and thinking big while executing the details.
