**About the Role**
- This is full a time position, based on a 38-hour working week with preferred location for this position to be in Townsville or Brisbane.

**About You**
- To be eligible for this position, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Proficient in analyzing financial statements to inform lending decisions.
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
- Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience within the Financial Services industry.
