Carrington is a not-for-profit centre of excellence, providing a focus on person-centred quality care and health services to consumers of Independent Living, Residential Care and Community Care.

We currently have an opportunity for a highly organised Executive Assistant to provide support to our Executive Team which includes the Chief Executive. You will be a professional individual who is able to interact with others in a friendly and welcoming manner whilst sharing our vision to provide exemptional care to older Australians.

**About the role**
- Prepare minutes, agendas, reports, and presentations for board meetings.
- Ensure timely distribution of board materials to directors prior to meetings.
- Where required liaise between the executive team and the board, ensuring clear communication.

Support to the Executive Team and Chief Executive on projects / admin functions;
- Function coordination
- Assisting in marketing tasks
- Minute Taking for various forums
- Managing Calendars
- Preparing and collating reports

**About You
- Our Criteria**

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following criteria:

- Proven experience in a similar role supporting an Executive and Board
- High level of Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Available for early starts when required, 7am with notice and be able to work onsite
- Highly developed communication and minute taking skills at executive and board level
- Proven ability in diary management and scheduling of meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Capacity to be self-directed, offering initiative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate the highest level of integrity
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills with experience in meeting deadlines.
- Attention to detail and dealing with conflicting and varied demands
- Ability to work autonomously and with resilience
