**Key Accountabilities**
Recruitment Strategies
- Develop and implement best practise recruitment strategies
- Continuous consultation and partnership with the Rostering Team (where applicable) to execute recruitment strategies Manage all recruitment within agreed time frames set by the Exec Manager P& C and hiring manager
- Act as the recruitment marketer for the organization, showcasing its culture, values, and opportunities to attract new talent. Positioning the organisation as the preferred Age Care employer by selling the employee proposition.
Recruitment Management
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising vacancies to negotiating offers and contract generation, facilitating the onboarding process
- Review and provide feedback on existing recruitment and selection policy and procedures
- Provide guidance to hiring mangers on best practise recruitment
- Complete training to applicable parties in best practise recruitment and the internal processes
- Ensure compliance to EEO, Antidiscrimination, Gender equity is adhered to throughout the entire process and report any concerns to the Exec Manager P+C
- Assist in Salary benchmarking
- Management of talent archives
- Participate in interview process (1:1 and group)
Stakeholder Management & Team Collaboration
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and industry networks to expand the talent pool
- Collaborate with department managers and senior leadership to understand work force strategy and develop recruitment plans to address them
Communication
- Ensure clear and concise communication with team members, supervisors, and external stakeholders
- Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration
- Establish and maintain feedback mechanisms to gather input from stakeholders and incorporate suggestions for improvement.
Records & Reporting
- Manage compliance requirements of all new hires including NPP’s/ VISA checks and any other checks required
- Verify Barring processes at the onsite of recruitment and again cyclically (monthly of all staff)
- Provide Executive Manager P+C monthly data for Board reports or any other reports
- Presents recruitment data when required
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards throughout the recruitment process
**Key Performance Indicators**
To be assessed during 1:1 meeting and during performance evaluation Period
- Time-to-hire (time frames to be agreed upon per role type)
- Cost to Hire
- Reporting is up to date and analytics are useful to Exec management and P&C team (Board Reports and Adhoc)
- Quality of Screened Applicants based on short list
- Recruitment Process is best practise and utilised by the business
- Hiring Diversity Strategy is continuously reviewed and adhered to
- Regular feedback is given regarding recruitment trends and industry related information ie (Competitor Rates, Market Salary, Job Titles
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing staffing needs
**Person Specifications: skills knowledge and attributes**
Essential
- Previous experience in recruitment and selection
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks effectively and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including Executive Management
- Ability to maintain high confidentiality with sensitive personal and business information
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing staffing needs
- Willingness to undertake external study in competency-based recruitment or similar
- Excel Proficiency (Ability to complete reports/ Formulas) All Microsoft Suite Advanced
Desirable
- Knowledge of UKG or other HRMIS/ Recruitment software
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or experience
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
