**About us**
Our Surgeon is established and starting their own practice. We are building a practice that provides empathy, warmth and care to those patients that are in need. Our mission is to provide a smooth patient journey.

**About you**

To complete our new team, we are requiring a Practice Manager to manage our practice. We are also happy to discuss this role with a Senior Medical Secretary looking to step up and upskill.

You will have a strong background in customer care and love to make a difference, but also understand the solid need for attention to detail.

You thrive in bringing together a dynamic team and ensuring a smooth well well-functioning practice.

**Duties will include**:

- Managing Surgeon’s diary
- Managing consulting
- Managing website enquiries and inbox
- Theatre booking, quoting, billing
- Utilising medical software for all consulting/theatre booking duties
- Bad debts and Medicare and Health Insurance providers

You will bring with you, at least 2 years of experience in the above areas, and have the following traits:

- Can do attitude
- Willing gatekeeper for our Surgeon
- A clear concise communicator
- Honest, trustworthy, loyal and dependable
- Friendly, warm and approachable

**Hours/days**:

- 4 days per week
- 9:00 am till 5:30 pm
