**The Role**
The Program Delivery and Reporting team is seeking a motivated and high performing APS 5 Program Support Officer to support delivery of the Australian Apprenticeship Support Loans Program. The Australian Apprenticeship Support Loans Program is legislated under the Australian Apprenticeship Support Loans Act 2014.
**Skills and Capabilities**
We are seeking individuals with the following skills and capabilities:
- Well-developed communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to effectively liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to identify, resolve or escalate complex issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Sound organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise own workload and drive work outcomes.
**The Opportunity**
This position is available to Ongoing Department of Employment and Workplace Relations and/or APS employees as a temporary transfer at level and/or a temporary performance (Acting) opportunity for a period of 12months.
