**Role Description/Criteria**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Learning Support Officer to join our collaborative team environment. The position is for five days a week, fixed term for the 2025 school year.

The successful applicant will have the capacity to:
Work collaboratively as part of a team.

Foster effective relationships with students and colleagues.

Support students with diverse learning needs in an inclusive learning environment.

Support students through implementing learning adjustments, in consultation with the classroom teacher and Student Wellbeing/Learning Diversity Leaders.

Support students with diverse needs within the classroom and through targeted intervention programs, based on student's social and academic needs and Personalised Learning Plans.

Maintain relevant records and communication books where required.
