DXC’s Business Transformation team play a critical role in enabling our clients to transform their digital landscape. Through a human-centric approach, our team partner with major corporate and government clients to co-create, implement and embed innovative and effective strategies and organisational change designed to bring their vision and technologies to life. To support initiatives in DXC’s Federal Government Industry, we are looking for an organisational change manager and communications expert, who is people-centric and is passionate about the human experiences of digital transformations. Based in Canberra, you would join a talented team of over 40 working across the country, with occasional travel requirements.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Work with our clients as part of our client delivery team/s to articulate and drive the case for change.
- Co-facilitate ideation workshops to help clients think through their business challenges.
- Help clients understand their level of business and digital maturity through conversations and assessments.
- Co-design an organisation and people focused change and experience strategy and plan to enable the business to transform and people to adopt and adapt to future ways of working.
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure they are aware of the changes and how it impacts them.
- Work with client delivery team members to translate technology enabled business change into meaningful organisational change, training, coaching and communication initiatives.
- Assist the client delivery team in training and coaching the client to implement change themselves - pre and post the change, and in sustaining change and benefits achievement.
- Facilitate internal huddles to build awareness and capabilities for organisational change management.
**Key Competencies and Skills**:
- Minimum of least 5 years delivery experience in implementing and facilitating strategic and operational people and organisational change in complex and challenging business environments.
- Prior experience working as a communications lead in transformational programs.
- SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) working knowledge and familiarity with the framework highly regarded.
- Experience in Human Centred Design and introducing Agile ways of working.
- Excellent communicator able to cultivate working relationships at all levels of business.
- Ability to work across hybrid deliver models (Waterfall and Agile).
- Willing to travel to site (if and when required as a hybrid mix of working from home and the office is in place).
- Federal Government industry experience required and Defence experience highly regarded.
- ** Note**: Security clearance - NAV1 minimum requirement and NAV2 highly regarded.
