Due to continued growth, Outstaffer is looking for confident, outgoing and experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Australia. As the lead point of contact, your main responsibilities will be prospecting firms who are looking to add staff in key areas, explaining how our product can help source, hire and manage these individuals, developing and maintaining trusted relationships with clients

**Seniority**

Junior - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically up to 2 years of experience is required.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Outbound Prospecting - Generate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers
- Deal Management - Effectively prioritize and manage deals to meet sales targets, including coordination with AEs and Marketing to land prospects
- Market and Customer Research - Conducts research into relevant trends, industries, markets and customers to develop informed sales strategies
