Our client is an established Luxury Residential builder who have a strong pipeline of work. They mainly build around the Eastern suburbs on projects valued up to $6M

**Job description**
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Foreman to join this successful team and work on great Luxury projects. Working closely with the Project Manager, your duties are varied and include but are not limited to:

- 90% Management 10% on tools as required
- Reading and interpreting plans and drawings to ensure construction work is completed accurately and according to plan specifications
- Supervising the work of Carpenters, and other subcontractors
- Liaising with Consultants, Clients, Architects and stakeholders
- Accurate Site set-outs
- Follow Program to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high quality standard of work

**Your Profile**
To be successful you will need at least 7 - 10 years experience as a Foreman working on Luxury projects valued greater than $2M. It is essential that you have worked on high-end projects and have experience working on architecturally designed homes and understand their complexities and challenges. Ideally you will be from a Carpentry trade background, but not essential.
