About the role

As the Early Career Coordinator, you will be work with the HOSC&P on the annual recruitment and ongoing management of the Graduate Achievers Program.

You will support Sales team by collaborating with the Training and Learning team to review current programs and assist with the development of new learning courses for our staff. You will play a proactive role in supporting the team across key portfolios including supporting graduates, scholarships, marketing and industry partnerships. Your outcomes will be centred around:
Supporting the Sales team in an administrative capacity
Monitoring annual performance is aligned to goals for the team using data provided by the bank
Team up with recruitment on an annual basis for the graduate program
Other ad hoc support that will give you exposure and understanding of our Agri business as a whole

To summarise the key areas that you will have key contributions to are the Ag Achievers (our graduate program) through their 18 months program, supporting the Sales team and working with Training and Learning to develop and implement targeted training programs.

This is a part time, permanent position where you will be working 20 hours per week. We support flexibility around family and we encourage those with a business banking background looking for part-time work to apply

To succeed in this role, you will need to be someone who is flexible and adaptable to pivot with the requirements of the business. Strong administrative skills and exposure to the day-to-day requirements of Agri/Business banking is preferred.

Any experience in coordinating Graduate programs will be highly regarded
