Calibre is proud to be partnering with our client on their first major wet processing facility for WA Iron Ore Operations in more than four decades. We’re undertaking detailed design and engineering all the way through to approval for construction. We’re also supporting an expansion of camp site and associated NPI.

This could be your chance to make valued contributions towards endeavours to lift ore quality and reduce carbon emissions.

We’ll be asking you to provide design expertise and produce drawings associated with the new processing plant, camp expansion and associated non-processing infrastructure.

You can also expect to be:

- Ensuring compliance with Calibre, industry and client standards.
- Monitoring progress of your work against the project schedule.
- Proactively identifying and reporting on any potential deviations from agreed scope of works.

**Thrive with us We hope you'll bring**
- Advanced Diploma, Diploma or Associate Degree.
- Proficiency with MicroStation.
- Mechanical or piping design experience gained on major NPI projects.
- Working knowledge of camp construction or building services design.
- Great interpersonal skills to influence, negotiate & build productive relationships.
- A keen eye for detail & a knack for problem-solving.
- Current right to work in Australia.

This opportunity is available for individuals with 5 or more years Mechanical / Piping Design experience. If you have some experience mentoring and supervising, or feel that it’s time to take that next step in your career, we’re open to discussions around a fast-tracked pathway to a Senior role.

If you choose to join us as a Senior, when supporting junior team members, we’ll trust you to mentor your way. You'll also be playing a valued role to help ensure we meet contractual requirements, manage risks and set high standards.
