Data and Analytics Coordinator

**What you’ll be doing in this role**
- As a member of the Specialist Service Team, you will play a key role in the success of the delivery of LAC Services. You will provide the LAC Leadership Team with comprehensive analysis of data, including identifying patterns and trends to ensure that the requirements contained in the NDIA Contractual Agreement are met.
- In your role as a LAC Data and Analytics Coordinator you are responsible for sourcing and analysing comprehensive data sets to allow Managers to focus on driving key performance indicators. You will promote a culture of operational excellence and drive quality outcomes consistently across the program. Uniting Local Area Coordination Services is an ISO 9001:2015 accredited program.

**Your work will include**:

- With the Senior Specialist Service Coordinator, identify and develop strategic, collegial and productive relationships across all LAC teams and with other Uniting business units to ensure the best outcomes for customers, Uniting and LAC staff create and maintain SharePoint pages/subsites
- Create and manage document libraries and SharePoint Lists including creating the list, views, etc
- Working with stakeholders to gather the business needs for any SharePoint related projects
- Ensure integration and collaboration across Uniting programs to deliver seamless and impactful end to end services with the customer at the centre
- Deliver key performance indicators as agreed upon by Uniting and the NDIA
- Create and maintain business critical Power Automates

**The key experience we would be looking for are**:

- Ability to create and maintain SharePoint pages/subsites
- Create and manage key document libraries
- Create and manage SharePoint Lists including creating the list, views, etc
- Ability to create and maintain business critical Power Automates
- Ability to work with stakeholder to gather the business needs for any SharePoint related projects
- Excellent IT skills and Comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of the Uniting and NDIA business systems
- Be organised, systematic, and analytical and have excellent time management skills and be able to live Uniting’s everyday values of being **compassionate, respectful, imaginative, **and** bold.**

**About Uniting Local Area Coordination**

The NDIS Partners in the Community Program for Local Area Coordination (LAC) Services works in partnership with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) to assist people with disability, their families and carers to build capacity in a participant’s life and exercise choice and control.
