Market leading and highly competitive salary packages on offer - Exciting career progression opportunities and growth - Fully supportive company culture that promotes teamwork and collaboration **The Company**: Leading volume/medium-density home building company in Melbourne due to growth are recruiting for a Site Supervisor in Wollert to manage up to 20 single and double storey homes in construction. - Wholesale new build houses with no client contact - Systems used is Framework **Key Responsibilities of the Role**: - Manage a number of new home builds in construction concurrently. - Up to 20 houses in construction at any one time on average - Combination of single and double-story homes - Volume detached and medium-density townhouses. - Allocate materials and trades to job sites. - Ensure timely construction of new homes within budget - Effectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional manner. - Construction of new homes are carried out safely and comply with company processes and procedures. - Inspecting completed projects to ensure a high standard of quality - Maintaining and updating company systems - Reporting to management regarding onsite activity - Negotiating with subcontractors and coordinating onsite works - Identifying and resolving problems throughout the construction process. **Role Requirements**: - At least 1-2 years experience as a Construction Site Supervisor within the volume home building industry. - Tertiary qualifications within building and construction - Trade background will be highly advantageous - Demonstrated experience within the construction sector with excellent building knowledge - Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and ability to meet deadlines. - Excellent attention to detail - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to build a strong rapport with clients, subcontractors and suppliers. - Proven track record of problem-solving - Team player - Excellent IT skills and computer literacy with construction-specific software packages. - Commitment to WHS principles and practices **The key benefits for you**: - Market-leading and highly competitive salary packages on offer (based on experience) - Working within a very supportive and collaborative team environment - An excellent company culture that promotes teamwork and collaboration - Genuine career progression opportunities and growth - Continued on the job training and development - Close-knit team **How to Apply?** **Via the Seek Website**: Submit your updated resume using the **Via Smartphone/Seek App**:Submit your updated resume using the **"Quick Apply"** button at the bottom of your telephone screen and follow the on-screen instructions.
