With a team of Directors that have extensive experience across Domestic & Commercial Developments, you will be part of the growing success by leading the crews on site & ensure high standard of work is delivered on Tier 1 & Tier 1 sites**_

- Piling and Drilling Rig Experience
- Rates range between $55 - $70 per hour + allowances

**Duties include, but not limited to**:

- Supervise and oversee the work of on-site crews to ensure the quality of project output
- Contribute to pre-project briefings to ensure full understanding of project outcomes and implementation plan
- Coordinate staffing, machinery, equipment, transportation, delivery, and materials requirements
- Awareness of Health & Safety accountability of each person within your area of responsibility
- Ensure daily records & site files are accurately completed/updated, maintaining a detailed diary as back up record of work, issues, incidents, etc.
- Coordinate collection of work samples (soil, materials, etc.) for testing purposes if required
- Assist in the performance evaluation process for site personnel

**Requirements**:

- Site supervisor experience
- 2+ years’ experience in piling industry
- Driver’s licence
- Record keeping abilities with accuracy & high attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines in a pressured environment.
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of piling techniques - construction experience is an advantage
- Ensure drill rigs, machinery and equipment are effectively operated to optimise profitability of the site’s operations
- Ensure highest levels of quality is maintained and report any maintenance faults or issues.
- Demonstrate visible safe working practices and a commitment to safety in the workplace.

**Salary**: $50.00 - $90.00 per hour
