The Advisor Facilities Maintenance is responsible to lead and manage QCS diverse portfolio of property and assets. You will work with both external and internal stakeholders. So you will need to bring your exceptional communication and negotiating skills.
As a key member of the Facilities and Assets team, you will use your in-depth communications, change and engagement skills, you will:

- Actively contribute to Command planning activities by:

- Integrating maintenance performance / statistics to wider, ie replacing, upgrading, shortening maintenance timeframes, and similar.o Maintaining currency and accuracy of maintenance data / records to support audit reports, asset register updates, action registers, financial and budget forecasting.o Assist in the repair and maintenance of departmental leased accommodation including liaising with Government Agencies, stakeholders and end-users, as well as managing resulting data / information capture.
- Liaise with service providers, such as QBuild, Public Works Division, and external contractors, to ensure completion of contracted works as per quote / invoice.
- Co-ordinate maintenance works with Correctional Centres to meet operational service requirements and compliance with service delivery timeframes (external providers).
- Be a self-starter to independently set priorities, monitor progress/activity towards attainment of tasks, objectives and deadlines.
