**Senior/Tech Lead - Mobile Development**

**Flutter**

In this role, reporting to the CTO, you will be engaging and collaborating with the key stakeholders, leveraging excellent communication and relationship management skills to clearly translate the product vision, all business and technical requirements, and user needs into code.

**Your technical skills**
- **Flutter (this is the main skill we are looking for)**:

- Dart
- Riverpod
- Native iOS
- Native Android

**About You**:

- Ideally, 5+ years of experience within a similar role, working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
- A genuine interest and understanding of crypto trading and the ecosystem with a desire to learn more.
- Exceptional focus and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- The ability to effectively handle competing priorities and adapt quickly to change.
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flat organization.
