**About Us**

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a **Marketing Officer** to help grow our student base through strategic marketing and recruitment efforts.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract international students.
- Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with education agents to enhance student recruitment.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, webinars, and student engagement activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the admissions team and education agents to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in marketing within a CRICOS RTO (preferred).
- Strong understanding of international, overseas student recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in Filipino, Vietnamese, Mandarin, or other relevant Asian languages (preferred).
- Knowledge of CRICOS compliance and RTO regulations (advantageous).
- Ability to work independently and meet enrollment targets.
