We are currently looking for 2 x Inbound Customer Service Officers to join our client who is leading waste management company across Australia & New Zealand. They are currently going through some very exciting changes and expanding their business which is presenting various opportunities across the board

Working within a Call Centre environment, these are **permanent positions** working full-time hours Monday to Friday. These positions are based in **Dandenong, VIC.**

**Your duties will include but not limited to**:

- Answering incoming call from customers
- Attend to incoming customer queries
- Data entry of Service Agreements and creating and maintaining customer data in all systems accurately
- Liaising with Operations regarding bin deliveries and customer requests
- Assisting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Respond and manage service cancellation requests
- Perform other relevant tasks as requested by department managers

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Customer Service/Call Centre experience within any industry will be considered
- Waste Industry experience is highly advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to liaise with customers and contractors
- Be reliable and hard working
- Professional telephone manner
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer skills
