Sitting at the front of the iconic Collins Place at Melbourne’s Paris-end, we are looking for a hospitality superstar ready to take the next step in their career, working in our busy, bustling and beautiful venue, Dame.

Working alongside and alternating with our Venue Manager, this is a hands-on position covering many bases across the venue from floor to bar / wine to coffee.

- You're an effective and efficient waiter who can turn on the charm as a host
- An experienced barista who enjoys a shift on the tools
- Exceptionally organised and committed to the highest of standards
- Passionate about hospitality, great food, and working with good people
- Previously experienced in a leadership role within a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Good conversational local wine, cocktail, and spirits knowledge
- An effective communicator, especially when under pressure
- A natural leader who can inspire those around them
