**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized support to individuals with physical, intellectual, and/or developmental disabilities.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- Encourage and promote independence and community participation.
- Support clients in maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and positive environment for clients.
- Work collaboratively with a team of professionals and family members.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in disability support or a similar role.
- Ability to build strong, positive relationships with clients.
- A commitment to empowering individuals to live independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and professionalism.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or relevant background checks.

- A proactive, empathetic, and resilient approach to support work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
