**What's the role?**:
The After Market Services Process Manager role is to drive efficiencies within our state-of
- the art National Tool Service Centre, drive the regional and global projects and initiatives and most importantly; ensure a world class customer repair and loan tool experience for our customers

**What does the role involve?**:
- As an After Market Service Process Manager you will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the end-to-end repair service process based on global standards. One of the key responsibilities also include achieving year on year cost efficiency targets.You will achieve goals in leading a continuous improvement mind
- set for the Tool Service Centre processes and drive operational excellence. Working closely with the regional process expert you will be accountable to execute projects from Australia and New Zealand service centre roadmaps. You will also interface with key stake holder departments to ensure seamless supply chain, repair integration as well as the management of the fleet tools process.**Hilti is committed to diversity: 21% of Hilti's management positionsworldwide are filled by women.**

**What you need is**:
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
- Ability to collaborate and influence a range of stakeholders across functions and levels
- Demonstrated experience in managing operations and process changes
- Exposure to LEAN process systems would be advantageous
- Ability to work autonomously on projects and be an astute time manager to manage multiple projects and activities
- Competent IT skills with fluency in the MS office suite and exposure to ERP systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business acumen with “can-do” attitude
