We are looking for a passionate and talented Product Manager (Platforms) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with a delivery squad and a team of data scientists to develop and execute the platform product roadmap. Your responsibilities will include identifying user needs, prioritizing the roadmap, driving product development, leading the Platform team, collaborating with sales, leveraging data, and championing a mission-driven culture.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the platform product roadmap in collaboration with a delivery squad and a team of data scientists
- Spot core user needs via customer research, translate it into a product vision, build a commercial justification, and inspire and coordinate cross-team collaboration to deliver a great product experience
- Prioritize the product roadmap based on product strategy, product metrics, and desired commercial outcomes
- Drive the product development process from discovery to launch, ensuring that outcomes are achieved on time and within budget
- Lead the Platform team in delivering core online services and solutions both internally and externally, including the e-commerce website and external APIs
- Collaborate with the online sales team to ensure that the e-commerce website is optimized for customer acquisition and retention
- Work with the data science team to leverage data to inform product decisions and drive customer value
- Ensure that the product is designed to meet the needs of internal and external customers, with a focus on outcomes rather than output
- Champion a mission-driven culture that is team-focused, collaborative, and outcome-driven
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization

**Requirements**:

- 4-7 years of product management experience across the product lifecycle, with a focus on outcomes rather than output
- Experience in SaaS, online platform, API, and data
- Passion for identifying and solving customer problems
- Strong initiative and belief in continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply
- Outcome-focused, with the ability to think in terms of $, users, and usage rather than features
- Can thrive in the scrappy environment of a scaling business while adding process and order in just the right amounts to aid efficiency without losing flexibility
- Strong team player with a high EQ who loves to collaborate in building product concepts and software
- Mission-driven, with a desire to build a product that matters.
