**Opportunity**

ANC is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Allocator to encourage, inspire, and support our Delivery Professionals (drivers) to ensure their day-to-day success.

This pivotal role suits someone who loves to be hands on, working with our Delivery Professionals and working with multiple cross-functional teams to produce positive delivery experiences. ANC’s operating mandate is to deliver the best possible outcome for clients and their customers by ensuring that every day is a successful day for our fleet of Delivery Professionals.

The Allocator is responsible for providing an extremely high level of customer service with the client, their customers and our Delivery Professionals through effective and efficient management of the allocation tasks.

**The Individual**

Preferred Experience, Attributes & Qualifications
- Industry experience and familiarity with Transport Management Systems
- The ability to work both independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- The ability to prioritise, allocate and rearrange work where necessary to meet deadlines
- A flexible attitude and the ability to work under pressure while multi-tasking.
- A sound knowledge of local and interstate capital cities would also be an advantage.
