ANC is a last mile delivery and direct to consumer (D2C) specialist, partnering with many large and emerging retail and e-commerce customers. **The Opportunity**

ANC is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Transport Allocator to encourage, inspire, and support our drivers to ensure their day-to-day success.

This pivotal role suits someone who loves to be hands on, working with our contractor drivers and working with multiple cross-functional teams to produce positive delivery experiences. ANC’s operating mandate is to deliver the best possible outcome for clients and their customers by ensuring that every day is a successful day for our fleet of contracted drivers.

The Transport Allocator is responsible for providing an extremely high level of customer service with the client, their customers and our contractor drivers through effective and efficient management of the allocation tasks.

- You will have a sound knowledge of defined state specific suburbs, demonstrating the ability to manage allocation and a solid understanding of FMS (Freight Management Systems)
- You will be a patient and positive communicator with strong verbal and written skills
- You will have experience in improving driver engagement levels demonstrating a good cultural fit with drivers, staff, and customers
- You will be passionate about driving a positive customer delivery experience, fielding queries as required
- You are tech savvy with good computer skills, able to easily work in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
