**The opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a proven Accounts Administrator to join our energised Finance team. As the Accounts Administrator you will be responsible for the reviewing and processing monthly rent and utility invoices across multiple brands, assisting with insurance queries across the group, processing month end accruals and prepayments and associated balance sheet reconciliations across all FLG sites in Australia.
This role would suit a proactive, energised administration superstar that enjoys engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive positive business solutions for both parties.

**Key duties and responsibilities include**:

- Maintaining FLG's property book including coordinating and processing monthly and annual rental payments, lease reviews and on-going lease reconciliations.
- Processing monthly utility invoices from our third-party supplier and working to ensure an alignment of records.
- Managing and resolving complex supplier account reconciliations and address actions related to maintaining accurate and aligned supplier records with property and utility vendors.
- Processing relevant entries and journals required to manage correct postings for property and utilities transactions.
- Assisting with insurance queries and providing administrative support in relation to insurance activities across the group.
- Providing various administrative support to the Operational Accounting team as and when required.

**To be successful in this role you have**:
Essential
- Strong administration experience including exceptional, highly accurate data entry skills
- Intermediate to high proficiency in Excel with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A positive and professional attitude with a willingness to build strong working relationships
- Proven time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Clear communication skills both written and verbally

Desirable
- Experience with retail or franchise property rental accounting or accounts payable
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and or Lease Eagle
