**_ Daily Duties and Responsibilities:_**
- Entering accurately Air Feed costs into database
- Entering Waybill details
- Entering Proof of Delivery details and upload
- Creation of EDN and entry into database
- Clear & accurate scanning and classification of documents
- Keys data accurately within time specific deadlines into UPS systems.
- Checks and forwards legal documentation.
- Provides administrative support to Management team
- Other daily tasks as specified by Operations Management

**_Required Skills and Experience:_**
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (accurate typing speed of 60+ words per minute)
- Ability to work in a team and individually
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Capacity to analyze data and implement changes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be reliable & flexible to changes.
- Customer focused
- Able to work shift hours of 1:30pm to 9:30pm, including alternate Saturday's with an option of every Saturday
- Based in an operational environment
