Disability Transport Driver

Bondi, Australia COREASSIST PTY LTD Full time

COREASSIST is a registered NDIS provider. We currently received a transport contract by the NSW Education Department in Bondi.
- We are looking for reliable drivers who hold a full driver's licence.
- Have good communication skills with the client, family members and other professionals if required.
- Have a high standard of professionalism and maintain a good driving record.
- Monitoring the safety and well-being of clients whilst transporting them.

There are two methods of transport; either you use your own vehicle or we provide you with a 12-seater bus, depending on the number of students.

As a driver you are required every morning (MON-FRI) to pick up the child/ren from home and drop them off at school and vis versa in the afternoon.

Hours vary from 15hr - 20hrs per week, depending on the distance.

**Drivers are required to have**:

- Copy of your driving history dating 1 - 10 years (depending on years of driving experience)
- Current CPR / First Aid Certificate.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current Federal Police Check.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Comprehensive Car Insurance/Rego

Drivers must be cleared through the department's probity assessment before commencement.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $28.90 - $37.18 per hour

**Benefits**:
