Essential Health Physiotherapy is a dynamic and expanding multi-disciplinary practice serving the communities of Logan and Ipswich. We are seeking a passionate **Credentialled Diabetes Educator** to join our dedicated team.

**About Us**: At Essential Health Physiotherapy, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care. Our team includes Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Massage Therapists, and a Dietitian. As our first **Credentialled Diabetes Educator**, you will have the exciting opportunity to pioneer diabetes education services within our practice.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Full registration with the Australian Diabetes Educators Association.
- Availability for at least one day per week, with potential to increase.
- Current CPR and First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
- A valid driver’s licence and access to personal transport.

**Role Description**: You will provide high-quality education and management of diabetes, primarily to adults, supporting individuals with diabetes or prediabetes. Services may be delivered in various formats, including face-to-face consultations, phone, and teleconference. Accurate and timely clinical documentation will also be a key part of the role.

**Job Types**: Casual, Contract

Pay: $24.07 - $37.05 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shailer Park, QLD 4128: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Credentialled Diabetes Educator: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Australian Diabetes Educator Association Registration (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
