**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The purpose of this position is to provide contract management support to deliver contract solutions and ongoing contract management for operational contracts, inclusive of preparing appropriate reports, assessments, and records, improve contract profitability and assist the business to achieve its objectives.

- Post award management and administration of the commercial aspects of contracts, ensuring all contracted services are provided in accordance with the contract conditions.
- Forming and maintaining influential relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing critical support and advice to Contract Specialists, Field Sponsors, other Contract Owners and Sourcing Specialists.
- Ensuring that all contractual matters are properly and effectively documented and implemented according to company standards.
- Work in a safe manner which is outcomes focused and results in a working environment that executes deliverables safely

**ABOUT YOU**

Described as self-motivated and commercially minded, you are proactive and professional with demonstrated experience in managing complex contracts and providing commercial and customer focused support.

- Demonstrated experience in the successful negotiation, implementation and ongoing management of contracts
- High level of conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills; particularly in relation to developing and maintaining contracts and commercial agreements while continuing to assess performance and provide advice to key stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience with coordinating, establishing and monitoring contract management, compliance and governance systems and processes
- Demonstrated ability to work to plan, prioritise and deliver quality work with high levels of accuracy
- Ability to work in a diverse cultural team environment; be able to work unsupervised; accept responsibility and act on directives
