This role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people, is organized, and enjoys being part of a dynamic team. **Your Responsibilities Will Include**: - Main reception: Take on a variety of tasks across different functions, demonstrating versatility and an ability to manage multiple responsibilities. - Warmly greeting patients and providing them with a stellar first impression of Maven Dental. - Managing appointments and patient records with a keen eye for detail and efficiency. - Offering support and information to our patients, ensuring they feel informed and at ease. - Working closely with our dental professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience. **Qualifications** - Hours from 8-8:30 - 5:00-7pm across 5/6 days, flexibility with days - Previous experience as a receptionist is a must.
