What does the job look like?

BevChain Heathwood warehouse operation require an experienced team leader to support the team of 15+ for afternoon shift, Monday-Friday.
- Leading the way of Safety Standards
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of your team
- Ensure all operational tasks are completed within required time frames
- Operating MHE as required to support workflow
- Carrying out receipting, inventory, and stock control of a range of consumer products
- Quality and system checks daily
- Flexibility in an ever-changing environment

- Commitment to safe working practices
- Ability to confidently lead and develop a high-performing team
- Forklift license essential
- Inventory and/or dispatch knowledge desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- A self-starter who displays flexibility with approach to tasks
- Must have strong computer literacy skills
- A strong desire to progress your career in logistics
- Knowledge of WMS systems and SAP desirable
