We're looking for a FULL TIME MARKETING SPECIALIST with existing experience in the SPILL SAFETY industry.

Experience required:

- Minimum ten years experience as Spill Safety Marketing Specialist, in the role as Marketing Manager.
- Experience of developing, establishing, and marketing of Sorbents, Wiping Cloths, Degreasers, and Industrial Hygiene Products, including relevant IP.
- Experience of developing and establishing spill related safety systems in Land and Marine Environments.
- Experience in full range of Spill Tools exposure and portrayal.
- Experience of marketing of Lubricants: Hydraulics, Engine, Transmission, Food-Grade, Metalworking, Biodegradable, and Grease.
- Experience of marketing of Degreasers, both Alkaline and Acidic, as well as Petroleum Based and Micro Degreasers.
- Deep knowledge of Oil Separation processes, and how Degreaser products can be combined and deployed in order to achieve sustainable separation.
- Deep knowledge about adsorption, and how various product qualities can be combined in order to minimise consumption.
- Deep knowledge in wiping lore, têxtile qualities, and how a full range can be developed in order to meet all needs from customers.
- Deep knowledge of PPE and its various standards.
- Deep knowledge of assortment optimisation and how full-facility assessment must be conducted in order to minimise customer costs.

Your role will include:

- Developing and improving our strategy for targeting industrial customers.
- Continuing development and ongoing maintenance of our product catalogue and related marketing material.
- Continuing development and ongoing improvements to packaging and labeling of various product ranges.
- Creation and deployment of IP e.g. company and product branding.
- Creating product and company videos.
- Managing our marketing team including setting up annual marketing programs, budgeting, managing 3D and design work, etc.
- Hands-on design 3D/Illustrator/Photoshop work.
- Product/service presentations to customers/potential customers.

Required skills:

- Use of Microsoft Office tools
- Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects, and Bridge.
- Expert in Autodesk Maya and 3DS Max or similar
- Applicants must have a minimum skill level for the position of a tertiary qualification plus 2 years of relevant post-qualification work experience or alternatively, at least 5 years of relevant work experience plus an additional 2 years of relevant work experience.

This is an office-based job; applicants must be prepared to work full-time from our office in Goulburn, NSW.

Pay: From $96,400.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Performance bonus
