Frankies coffee and eats is looking for their next Café Manager to take over the position. This is a full-time position. 70,000-75000 per year

The CAFE MANAGER will be responsible for the following duties:

- OVERSEEING THE DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS IN THE CAFE
- ROSTERING
- MEETING MONTHLY TARGETS
- ORDERING
- MONTHY STOCKTAKE
- PLANNING AND ORGANIZING FUNCTIONS AND CATERING WITH HEAD CHEF
- SELECTING, TRAINING AND SUPERVISING OF STAFF
- REPORTING TO OPERATIONS TEAM

For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:

- GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF SPECIALTY COFFEE IN ASUTRALIA
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH
- MINIMUM RELEVANT DIPLOMA QUALIFICATIONS IS PREFERRED
- AT LEAST 3 YRS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED
- EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL
- TEAM LEADING SKILLS AND DEMONSTR ATED EXPERIENCE
- POS SYSTEM EXPERIENCE. BACK OF HOUSE POS EXPERIENCE PREFFERED
- KNOWLEDGE OF INDUSTRY STANDARD KPI’SThis is a fantastic opportunity to Manage and lead a dynamic, high performing team within a vibrant modern shop.

Daytime hours/ no nights - must be available to work weekends
